internet extremely slow please help

I've been having problems with my computer for the last month. The internet goes extremely slow, I got my provider to come out and he said it was my computer and not the connection and that I should take it to best buy to get it cleaned up. I don't have the money right now to do that so I did what was recommended did a virus scan, spybot, adaware and everything was still unchanged. I've also noticed that right upon system startup I will load up firefox and it will go fast for about 1-2 minutes before going slow again. Also often my toolbar will change from xp style to the older style for no reason. I've included a hijack this log if anyone could please help me it would be much appreciated.

hi,

please refrain from using your p2p client until we are done.

it look like you two antivirus apps:
AVG and Ashampoo AntiVirus? only need one resident antivirus. two is not better in this case you should remove one via the add/remove programs panel followed by a reboot of your computer.

this toolbar is a questionable:

up to you to remove it. it can be removed via the add/remove programs panel.

download, install update,run and post the log:

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop:

http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
