I have been working on this for awhile. And recientlly had an attempt for one used for games like RE4, But only got string errors...

Is there any chance that someone here knows how to take apart a .dat file on a PS2 game and repack it into the game? Or at least have some direction to get me started?

Seeing as I cant find an edit button, Ill add in, Yes I know each PS2 game has a different dat format. So if needed tell me who to pm and ill forward the information
