1. When you open a 360 the warranty is void but since you can mod it now and add more cooling ways is the RRoD chance less?

2. is getting banned from live have to do more with the firmware you are using or the game copy you have? like the people downloading a game have more of a chance to get banned than people who have the original game and made a copy of it?

1. if you install a whisper fan, your chances are less as this fan moves a lot more air than the stock fan does.

2. its both. people have made bad backups with their own original discs due to XBC messing up every so often. and people have downloaded improperly patched games that have led to be banned. best bet would to have mulleter perform an auto fix on every backup you make/download.
