Start-up probs with DVDFab HD Decrypter 4

Can anyone help please, been trying to open a DVD9 disc using DVDFab HD decrypter4....
The very first opening process starts to read the disc but after 10 seconds when it should go to the next screen nothing else happens...as if the program does not recognise the dvd9 disc.
The disc can be opened alright with DVD Shrink.
Any advice would be apprieciated

Open disc with shrink and if you want data as a DVD-9, click in toolbar edit, and click in preferences target size of dvd-9, then ok

Thanks for that iluvendo, any ideas why Decrypter won't oopen the disc...

Make sure you're running the newest version of DvdFab, as it was updated very recently.

It's not a back-up just got it from my son to back-up. World Superbike review 2002...run time 220 mins

Managed to backup a different way....DVD Shrink to rip and imgburn to burn worked great. Thanks for the response
