hard drive swap, worried about losing data

there is going to be a very simple answer to this one, but i dont know it so i need to ask!

i have a 60gb pal ps3, and i am getting PlayTV when it comes out. what i wanna know is, if i get a bigger internal hdd, i know how to swap it, and i know how to format it in the ps3, but i have got downloaded games on the 60gb hdd, that i wont be able to get again (cough cough gripshift using ps3proxy cough) and a film i put across using Red Kawa Media Server, that is over the 4gb fat32 limit, that i dont have a copy of on my computer.

now i have done a system back-up onto my external hdd, and i just wanna know if anyone else knows if the game and the film will be reinstalled onto the newer hdd?????

Hello Dj_3sixty,i think he shortest possible answer is you will lose the games and movie,the movie you will be able to get again,and the games can be reinstalled when ps3proxy is fixed to work with firmware 2.10.
