Hi;

I don't care about titles & effects; I want a good, easy to use program to import video from a DV camera, cut, splice, convert, etc. Especially convert between different formats & codecs. If it can be used for DVD authoring as well, that's great but not essential. I'm on Windows XP.

Like, ULead? Roxio? Pinnacle? Any consensus?
