I have the 3.52 M33 on my PSP and im trying to update so I can play patapon, The only problem is that whenever I try to update to the next one up (3.53 m33 - 2, -3, -4, etc) I get a "Game Could not be started" after I select the update. Any ideas?

are you from SE/OE/LE firmware.... just change the the homebrew settings into 1.50 in the recovery then run again your update...

simple thing before updating any more

1 did you put it in a folder ISO in the root of your memory stick
2 have you put a umd disc in if you have no-UMD turned off
3 try some of the no-UMD drivers

now you will have to update if that all didn't work because the game will require higher fw so update to 3.80 or 90m33 it should work on them no problem

ok so I was able to do the recovery and then update to 3.90 m33 but now I cannot use any of the files that I had on my psp. GAME, MUSIC, PHOTO, etc are physically on the card but I cannot access them from the psp. I cannot save or load any game. Did I miss a step when I updated? Are the folders supposed to be set up a different way in 3.90?
