i have a wiikay installed on my wii. does anybody know how high i can go with updates for my wii.

ALSO i want to get the opera browser. is tere a way to get that from my pc. any reply would be appreciated. thnx

Connect to the net and update over wifi - you will get 3.2

Don't update with any imported games.

You have to buy the internet channel (Opera) using wii points which are purchased online using a credit card on your wii shopping channel. No freebie PC rip ;)
