What DVD drive I need?

I have a Wii: LU50021060/2.
Was bought pre-modded on e-bay with a WiiKey modchip. Worked good until a month ago. Took it to a guy who told me it was a modchip problem and he removed it. Then it worked for about a week and now it gives me an error when I put a disc in.
It seems to work, except that when a disc is put in, it will take the disc inside and give me an error. Or sometimes, it will take the disc inside, then eject it, then take it back inside and eject again.
What DVD unit I need to buy for this model? GC2R-D2A? Or maybe is just the laser eye? thank you!
