I got a import slim 3.71 and tried to get a CFW 3.71 m33 (or any CFW)and always get "The game could not be started 80020148"

What stopped me from downgrading?

What do u mean by downgrade?
Are u using Pandora?
Or are u trying to upgrade in the games section?

If your PSP slim version is 3.71 Official version.
Do the Pandora way. Click this Pandora Guide & Follow everything in it.

Be careful. All the best in downgrading your PSP.

in order to put a cfw on your psp you have to have a pandora battery and magic memory stick. the battery will put your psp into service mode and the mms will then write the custom firmware on your psp. if you know someone with a cfw psp then they can make one for you. if you don't have one then you will have to either hardmod a battery or but a datel tool battery to use with your mms. there are guides stickey'd to the top of the page that will show you how to do this.
