How do I mod a Fresh 2.6 TA-082 (New To This)

I got my son a PSP ver 2.60 with TA-082 board. I have been trying different mod examples with no luck.

I would like to be able to play games from the MStick (ISO, etc.).
What is the simplest way to do this?

Any help would be appreciated

The zip file is corrup or can not finish, any other sorce for

"TA082 2.71 Downgrade Files"

I get this error
