I got my son a PSP ver 2.60 with TA-082 board. I have been trying different mod examples with no luck.

I would like to be able to play games from the MStick (ISO, etc.).
What is the simplest way to do this?

Any help would be appreciated

you can downgrade to 1.50 then install cfw all you need to do is go to dark alex's web site and then go to downgrades and then look for then one that says >> TA-082 Downgrader. (to use with 2.71 HEN) (Release)

so you need to update your psp to 2.71 you can get it here
and then you need to download the 1.50 update from here

and then follow the readme or search for a guide on google and then one you have down that you will need to update to 3.52m33-2,3,4 before you can update any more

for custom firmware updating from 1.50 and previous cfw there is a tutorial if you click my userbar in my sig
