Is there anything that Swap Magic CAN do, and Memor32 can't?

/Got Swap Magic at the moment, thinking about buying Memor32/

Does Swap Magic and Memor32 with Memento have similar compatibility?

And where is a reliable place to buy one for someone in the United States?

Not sure bout the Swap Magic as i haven,t had need to use it.My memor32 card loaded with 1.2 memento firmware hasn,t refused to Play a single Back-up DVDr so far,so don,t really know what i need with Swap magic.
As for where to buy? don,t think there avail in USA as of yet, i bought mine off Ebay,as did my Buddy in Ohio who just purchased his from same place as me, think his took about a week to get there (customs)

I just got my memor32 yesterday from realhotnow.com. I must say, I am fairly impressed with them. I've placed three orders now (memor32, 3 cyclo ds, and some finger ring things for the kids for their ds). Their customer service has been quick and very friendly, and they shipped my stuff the same day I bought it, and I received it exactly when I should have (I chose 2-day to get it by the weekend, ordered Tuesday afternoon, got it all Thursday afternoon.) Based on this experience, I would DEFINITELY use them again, even if their prices were a few dollars more, simply because I hate headaches, and their process and service gave me none! :)

Just bumping this, cause I'm curious too.

I just ordered a memor as well (site I ordered from is linked off official memento site -- ***chip.ca). Can't speak for their service yet cause I haven't received it yet. Paid 59 USD + shipping. I was going to go the whole chipping route, but this seems easier (can swap between consoles, etc).

I have to say though, if the freevast guys (http://ps2.mike-tv.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page) had gotten a working hack by now I would have gone that route instead, but it looks like they are a ways off.

To actually answer top poster, I don't think so. I've been reading up on this stuff for a few days straight (console noob who just wants to play DDR and Kinetic Combat :) it seems like memento+memor32 blows away swap magic because you can even use it on a console with a dead laser, etc. With dev1 and dev2 support, what more is there? But if freevast devs finish that, that will take the cake for coolest+cheatest hack.

Well to answer your first question about the place your getting your card from, There #1 in my books, shipping was an unbelievable 1 hour after i placed order, and arrived in 2 days out west to East Coast.Card is awsome,my only prob so far is with the Memento software and getting Dev mode to work, don,t seem to load the .elf files, gonna have to play with that a bit more.is basically plug and play though, don,t forget to get yourself a usb-mini cable ready and download the drivers off Memor32 site as it comes plain jane in a pkg with no cable,no drivers, guess to keep price down, who knows.Best of Luck, i think you'll enjoy how it works..

If I didn't buy Swap Magic already I would have went with Memento. It's just the better choice and you don't need the Magic Keys or anything. Just Plug-n-Play.
