I installed it, looks fine... Then when it boots up it doesn't read the disc, originals are fine, but nothing else...

I've checked/rechecked the connections with my multimeter and I have tried another WiiKey. Whats wrong? Any tips?

*Note: At first, it went straight to error screen. Then after tweaking it, it now goes to channels screen. Then the disc channel just has the ? mark there and can't read the disc.

This is a GC2-DMS with WiiKey install. No cut legs.
