Swap Magic Cd Rom Driver?

Yeah so i got swap magic 3.6 today in the mail, and the dvd swap works great. Whats the cd-rom driver cd for? I put it in and my lens goes haywire and just moves up and down, sounding like its smacking the cd, I take it this isnt supose to happen?

a lot of people have trouble with the cd version. Some (very few) ps2 games are on cd. So, you would burn to cd and use the cd version of swap magic to boot them.
