yer you open them with winrar and then in there there should be a game with the file extension of .cso or .iso copy that into the iso folder if you open the winrar file up and find there is a folder called pspgame and umd_data.bin then dont unrar it because it is an iso.

now when you open your psp up in windows explorer you can see a folder called psp open that up and in there there should be a folder called savedata if not you will need to make one

or you can format your memory card and it will make one for you.
