I recently have had a very slow internet connection. i have roadrunner cable connection. Supposed to be 100MBPS but its at 1MBPS. I run Windows XP, have Norton 360 updated and i cant figure out if i have a virus or trojan. Please help.

my experience with this is limited but you seem to have many search tools bars running, perhaps they are updating or using your internet speed in some other way such as ad serving. Also bittorrent is running at start up perhaps bit torrent is using your bandwidth
