Is there a guide on how to use this chip.
I don't mean install it, I have it installed fine.
It's just that i don't know why but when i burn a game it does not work.
The one i bought it from showed me with blank games that it infact does work. So i think I am doing something wrong but I am not sure what.

ah okay now its working but a little slow on certain areas.
is this the chips fault or is it the fault of the way i burnt it?

Burn the games at 4x. If you already do that then your question is irrelevant.

Also PS2's prefer reading DVD-R's. That and make sure the DVD-R's you buy are of high quality "TDK for example."

Yeah what about verbatim , sony, or ritek are those good to burn with.. I dont know if TKD is available in quebec.
