Backing Up Wii Game Is Not Working

I have tried several times to back up Brawl, but every time I hit dump on Rawdump I get an error that reads "Failed, you might have a bad drive". What the hell??? I have backed up about 40 games without a hitch in the past using this drive, as well as tons of movies. This is the first Wii game that I have tried in a while though (last one was Galaxy). Any ideas as to why my drive is pulling this crap? BTW, its one of those LG drives from Newegg.
