whats going on? i been reading up on yellow dog linux for the PS3 and i wanna know exactly what are the advantages and disadvantages of having it? and is it any good for me to me to install it on my computer? Much help would be appreciated. thanks!

i dont know; it seems to have a few problems with stability and especially recovering from problems. for instance, the gui it usually uses crashed and wouldnt restart even after rebooting... i dont knwo if its worth the space taken up unless you got a 80 GB or larger(or 60, i guess), because it takes 10 gb for the partition for linux.... however, there are probably a lot of fun applications and maybe emulators to use in linux.
