I was trying to install some themes from my PC, and I made a stupid, foolish mistake. I accidentally deleted the file. My PSP won't go into recovery mode, though I can still play games. What should I do? And in what way will this affect my PSP?

Since you still have custom firmware create a UPMS MMS and change your battery into a pandoras, run DCv4, turn your battery back to normal and your done and safe again.
