I was wonder is possible to use a external usb hard drive to save my game data and profile files. Getting tried of buying Memory card to save games.

Nope.

You can buy memor32 which has 32mb of memory and you will be able to transfer your saved games to your computer via usb connection.

Most probably no good to you in any case search the forums for topics on "USB Advance" or just search the net

Its not possible to save directly to HDD but there are ways to copy save games from memory card to usb devices to pc and vice versa.

Well if you could load an .ELF file of Ulaunch ELF you would be able to manage your save files very easily. Transfering them inbetween a HD, MC, USB device, or CD. You'll need some sort of mod though to load the .ELF file.
