Interactive DVD Backup.

Does anyone know if there is a different process for backing up interactive dvds. I have tried backing up Who wants to be a millionaire using DVD Decrypter. Created an ISO image on my drive then when I burnt it to DVD it wouldnt play in my dvd drive, I have to issues playing other backed up dvds in my dvd player.
I have tried viewing the inf files using dvd shrink, and I am getting an error msg saying that an Invalid DVD Navigation Structure.

Grateful for any help anyone can give!
