when ever i start my computer it only loads my wallpaper, my desktop and taskbar is missing, if i press ctrl alt dlt i can log off and log back in and then everything returns but after a few minutes the screen blinks and all my currently opened windows and taskbar closes/disappears. its really bothersome : /

try to describe it. how do you mean blink? in refresh contekst or how? can you open quick menu? try posting hijack this log.
