tried to connect my xbox 360 to network with my vista pc,through a wirless router ( belkin n1 vision) and keep getting media extender not found, i have turned off all firwalls and still have same problem, i managed to get it to work fine with my old pc on xp and old router, any help apreciated

Ive had the same problem and when you call MS they will tell you "we haven't been trained on Vista". I would run an ethernet cable from your router to your 360.
