I'm new ( not that new because I'm always looking up info on here ) so go easy on me.
I did look before asking this question but is there a way / a tool that can remove the codecs used on Video on Demand avi's.

When down loading a V.O.D file there's information in that says you can watch this film for x days after which you have to go back to the source and pay again.

From what I've read so far Dix/x is the more favoured codec hence the reason for me asking here.
