pandora help: MSINST error!!!

when im in that step.. where i get the msipl.bin fle and put it next to msinst.exe.. then plug in psp along with it and go ot cmd an write the code in... aferdoing everything this message comes.. i tryde in 3 difff computers.. i looked in 3 difrent guides.. no luck.

erro message: ""C:\Documents and Settings\seam\Desktop\pandora\msinst/msinst.exe" is not a valid win32 application..

i really ned u guys help to get custome firmware to my new psp.. thank u

the psp im using to create the pandora is my first psp with 3.03 oe-c wich downgraded with lumines exploit...

the one im tryeng to downgrade is 4.51 sony firmware
