This is a model MTA6328 Innomedia VoIP adapter. It was used for about 3 months while I was a SunRocket VoIP customer. This adapter can be set up to work with other VoIP telephone service providers (i.e. net2phone). You should check with your provider, first, before replying to this post.

The unit is in mint condition, and comes with a power adapter and telephone and ethernet cables. It's about the size of two decks of cards, laid side by side. Once you determine that this unit is compatible with your VoIP supplier, they will be able to help you program the internal settings. Once programmed, the rest of the setup is essentially plug and play. Once programmed, this unit can be taken anywhere in the world. Plug it into any computer with an ethernet card and a high speed internet connection, and you'll have ability to receive all of your local calls, as though you were at home.
