I'm just downloading the 1.10 update now that you have to download before, For a 52mb file it seems to be taking the longest time ever to download lol.
I will post back after i've played it to let you know what i think of it, but im sure its going to be amazing!!!

Well, I've just played it for an hour or so and as expected, it is a very good game, highly recommended!
I don't think that the release date here in the UK is until Thursday (should have been 21st, but that is Good Friday). Luckily for me i have a friendly independent game store about 5 mins from my house, and he lets the games go a few days before the release date if your a regular customer. :)
As for the clan question...i haven't played online yet. This is the first RB6 game i've played, so i want to get used to the controls etc before i start getting slaughtered online lol.

The online(servers) is crappy right now. The same applies to all online games on release date I guess. It is however an improvement over the first one for ps3 in terms of graphics and gameplay IMO. Also the code for the map is the same for everyone. Same applies to the code for the gun. If someone could share the code with me for the gun, I'll give out my map code.

It turns out Eb games screwed up their info somehow and my preorder came in on the 18th much to my annoyance and surprise, I had to get my grandfather to drive me about an hour to pick it up. To top it all off they didn't even receive the preorder kits, they just had the regular old damn games for the people who got the preorders, I was pissed because I could have just went to walmart and saved myself two hours.
Even more annoying is when I found out that all the info in the pre orders, the map and 2 gun's codes were all the same and you didn't have to get the preorder to begin with. That's complete bs imo because whats the point of getting a preorder if you can just get the code online and have it without bothering to preorder.
Sorry to give out the map code Zero but the code for the map is -> comcast faster <-
This is what Best Buy tells you to do to unlock the tar-21 in their preorder kit:
Quote: At the "Press Start" screen or while customizing your character's guns and clothing, hold R1 and press Down(2), Up(2), Square, Circle, Square, Circle, Triangle, Up(2), Triangle to unlock the TAR-21 assault rifle.
I've yet to find the code from the HMV preorder which unlocks the both the Tar-21 and the M486, though they are easily unlocked with an hour or two of playing. In the time it took me to find this I could have unlocked both the guns myself basically. I'll post the HMV code if I ever run into it anyway.

I personally love the game. People on my friends list hate it. Why? What is everyone else's opinion?

Yeah I'm seeing alot of the "OMFG d0nt by d!s g@m3!!!!!" crap all over the net it's mostly because of noobs who just jumped off COD4 and expect a polished game (yeah like that's ever going to happen on release day), or they're just badmouthing it. Once they fix their servers, which I'm amazed at how they screw this up every time, the game will beat the hell out of COD4; I know it already does in my mind.

The only thing COD4 has over RSV2 is graphics. A lot of these people hating on the game never played the first one. It is greatly improved this time around.
On a side note this game has the PSN friends list in game that includes messaging in game through psn, check psn messages, and it tells what your friends are playing. In other words the XMB friend list is accessible in game. The beginning of in game XMB.

Some games allow you to view friends list in game but I do think this is the first to have in game messaging.

It took me a while to find the code for the M468:
(Hold R1) Up, triangle, down, X, Left, Square, Right, O, Left, Left, Right, Square
It didn't say where to do this but I'm assuming in the main menu.
