Problem with my PSP

I recently bought a PSP from this kid at my school for $50.
He said it was bricked so but I charged it and turned it on and it wasn't. It had 2.0 firmware.
So I used my pandora's battery to put custom firmware on it.
Now I am at 3.71 m33 - 4.

My problem is after like 20 seconds to a few minuets seconds of turning it on, it will shut off but the green power light stays on.
If I flick the power switch up again it will turn back on.
The only problem with the PSP is that it has a rough edge on the power switch side. I think he dropped it at one time.

I have another PSP at 3.71 m33 - 4 also, and it has no problems.

Anyway, does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

im not sure if this works, put clicking the screen button and see if it pops up.

The screen button changes brightness.

i knew that, im just wonderin if it is becuase of the lcd screen. I was wondering if the lcd suddenly turns off. Since, the power light is still on.

No because if I flick the power switch back up it will turn back on.

UPDATE:

It only shuts off like that when I shake it around a little.
If I keep it completely still it is fine.

That ur psp is physically messed. U are going to have to buy new parts. That is all i can help. Wish some1 in this forum can help u out (not an expert on openin the psp. )
