HD-DVD playback trouble, please help

hi folks,
i'm having some trouble getting certain hd dvd's to play on my pc.
giga 965-ds4, Q6600@3.0ghz, 4 gig ram, 7600gs, samsung 226BW
Xbox hd-dvd drive, power dvd ultra(bluray+hd version), anydvd hd 6.3.1.5

now i only have 2 hd'dvd's, king kong& bourne ultimatum
KK plays A-OK, but bourne won't play saying incompatible driver.
i'm using the latest nvidia 169.21 driver.

now i realise my vga card is not hdcp compatible, but i don't understand why king kong works buty bourne won't ??
i was under the impression that anydvd would enable me to get around the hdcp issue??

any help will be greatly appreciated
