HELP ! Wiikey Region Override Turned On, Wii Stops Reading ALL Discs

I'm sorry if this has already been posted, but I looked around a bit and couldn't find anything with my exact problem.

I have a NTSC-U wii and wiikey installed. Everything was working fine when my wii and wiikey were running on 3.1U and 1.9g respectively and region override was OFF. I updated to 3.2U and things were still fine (I could play my NTSC backups and originals except the SSBB original I had). Then I ran the 1.3 config disk and turned region override ON and restarted my console after saving the settings. Once I did that, my wii won't read anything I put in (ie any original NTSC GC or Wii game, any backup NTSC wii game or any wiikey update/config/recovery disk). It's not the black-screen where the game starts to load and an error occurs, but just in the wii disc channel.

Help me please!

Small update/additional info. My channels all work fine (I was browsing the internet on my wii since my laptop has some windows error). But still can't get it read a disc. I'm flying through DVD-R's and need some guidance.

Please any and all help is appreciated.
