I am in the process of copying my dvd's, and while using shrink 3.2, i have been getting an error message. it reads:

"dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. failed to read file "E:/" data error (cyclic redundancy check)

the movie that i am working on is beowulf and the gameplan. i have not had problems on any of the others i have done so far.

programs used are:
nero startsmart essentials, came with i/o magic internal dvd+-r/rw
dvd decrypter
dvdfab hd decrypter 4, which i just downloaded and have yet to use
dvd shrink 3.2

dvd shrink won't handle the newer copy protection without help use dvdfab decrypter (freeware) to rip first before transcoding with dvd shrink or run anydvd behind dvd shrink to get the job done . Use this thread for more help
