Video exporting problem!

Ok i dont know much about this kinda thing but, I have Nero Vison and have used it to make a 9min compilation of football clips along with some music and titles. The problem is when i go to complete the video i wanted it to be about 200mb so i could post it on the net for people to download, but my title font looked messed up when i played it back. I let the program just pick how big the file would be and it made it over 7gb!! But the video looked perfect. Heres the vid on YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHw5NXBNU7g

The text at the start is the way it should be but during the video it looks messed up. You see i regularly made these videos with Movie Maker and posted them on a fan site for people to download and got good quality for about 100mb. Hope thats all understandable any ideas how to get it to look right without haveing the file so massive?
