How about for starters asking an unintelligible question. Please rephrase with details, as we are not mind readers, but mere mortals.

When i click on Backup the files that are created are suppose to save as a .ISO format. It is saving the files to a .IO0 and .IO1 and .IO2 and so on.
The question is : Why is it not saving to my hard drive as .ISO file?????

larsy1,
Welcome to the forum. I think your HD is FAT32 formatted drive and most people use NTFS format and that is the difference. You will never get Fat32 files to be 1 iso file due to file limitation size. You can convert your HD to NTFS if you want to.

Thanks for the response. How do I identify whether it is Fat32 versus NTSF? I have a Toshiba 250G HD.
