OK so Swap Magic 3.6+ is supposed to load from a USB pen drive right?

I've got an Integral 4GB drive, formatted it on FAT32 named the drive SWAPMAGIC.
Created a folder called SWAPMAGIC.
Copied the launchelf.elc file into the SWAPMAGIC folder and renamed it SWAPMAGIC.ELF

So why is it then when I load Swap Magic (DVD disc) and then click the Square buttonon the control, the special boot which is supposed to read off the usb; it just goes to the Swap Magic splash screen and the usb flashes for a couple of seconds and then nothing???

Also im confused about how the filing goes, it states only 4 files can go into the SWAPMAGIC folder, but then what happens if you try to put a program which has other files associated with it?
eg. uLaunchELF_v4.06 comes with BOOT.ELF, uncompressed_BOOT.ELF and a Source folder, now you rename BOOT.ELF to SWAPMAGIC.ELF, but what of the other elf and the Source folder???

Anyone got any ideas on why? I mean if SM can load from usb you dont need to install the MC exploit right, or anythiing else?
