Alright so I had a bunch of pictures on my psp. the other day i tried to download and i got an error. I exited the internet and went to images. I noticed like half of my pictures wouldnt show and in there place it showed a ? mark and a message that said unsupported data. so I took the memory stick out then put it back in. when i went back to images all but a couple pictures wouldnt work. I assumed it was the memory ( I have like 150 MB left) so i tried to erase the pics with errors. they wont delete. help?

corrupted images or memory stick. have you tried and format it?

yeah i thought about formatting the memory stick but i have a crap load of music and game saves, and they work fine. i want to be sure that formatting will fix the problem.

You can never be sure a re-format will resolve an issue like this but it's a straightforward step in the process of eliminating possible causes.

if you gots lots of stuff just xfer it to your pc, that way all your stuff wont be lost when you format.
