Hi folks, im new to the custom firmware scene and was wondering, is it possible to "jigkick" my psp phat running 3.90 ofw?

my friend has a psp running cfw (3.90 m33-2 i believe) and i have an extra psp battery and a 1 gig memory stick.

i was wondering if someone could give me a noob guide to creating and using the jigkick.
