I'm using TMPGEnc and TMPGEnc author to convert avi files and mpeg files to DVD's. I have found that when I play back on Windows Media Player I have no sound but Power DVD and my stand alone dvd player has sound, Why is this?

Also I have found that some of my DVD's I produce judder quite noticeably. Why is this and how can I remedy it?
