Wii Import/RGB Cable Help! (Color Issue)

I'm sorry if someone already had this issue and it's been discussed in some topic.

Thing is, I got my Wii freeloader yesterday and Super Smash Brothers Brawl today, and since the colors were black/white with the scart cable, I went and bought an official RGB cable for Wii only to discover that the colors aren't in black and white, but in red, and I think there's some green too but it's mostly redish. Colors work properly on PAL Wii games and PAL/NTSC Cube games so I thought maybe it's an issue with my TV because it's pretty old.

So I tried Wii with RGB cable on another tv which is my living room and it had the same problem. NTSC PS/PS2/Cube games have worked perfectly on both of these televisions before and as far as I know, they are both 60hz compatible so I really have no clue what's wrong here. I would suspect that the RGB cable is faulty but it displays colors correctly in PAL games and all Cube games so I don't think that can be true either.

Another funny thing is the colors in SSBB are correct with SCART cable in the living room tv (so no black & white with that one), but that hardly makes me happy because I can't really play in my living room much and I want to use RGB cable for better quality anyway.

Does anyone know what is causing this or what could fix this problem?
