HELP??? - DVD2AVI not working

when i add all the Vob files to DVD2AVI and click on save to AVI it just finishs straiht away and does not work

Have you Configured it properly?? And Make sure that all of the VOB files and Video information in them you can basicly check the VOB file sizes and Make sure all of the VOB files are OK...Can you see the Movie in the DVD2AVI window?? and have you set up the codec Properly for compression???
