yes its an ISO, when i open the ISO file with winrar it has 2 folders and a file, the 2 folders, UMD_VIDEO, PSP_GAME, and the file, UMD_DATA.BIN. I put this ISO file into the folder like he said as above. It doesn't work

Yeah, put it in that folder. Then on the on the XMB, press select, go down to ISO movie mount and select the movie you want. exit. be sure to have a UMD disc in, any will do. Then play the UMD movie, which will be the one in the folder.
ohh so thats why, but now i got another problem, i see that the movie is shown up on the XMB, but when i try to go and play the movie i get an error "The Video cannot be played (80108732)" do you know why this occured?

try to change the kernel of your psp on recovery mode

the UMD_Video that i'm playing is called "それいゆ" "Me, Myself & Master" by the way and some may call it as "SOLEIL" THE VERY FIRST PSP HENTAI GAME EVER MADE!!! xD
