Okay , this is what happened.
I was experimenting with themes, those that you need to get into recovery and replace the vhs, font and also some modules.
The first few themes was really exciting ! especially the one labelled HALO3 !
then i stumble upon a ffantasy theme. So as usual , i jump to recovery mode and copy and paste the file.An error appear where it says there is not enough space. So i deleted everything from flash0 and paste back the backup original flash0 i backed up long time ago.
this time the error reappear saying there is no space. upon inspecting, there is only 500kb space is free.
nothing much i can do , with panic attack , i formatted the flash1, the options are there. while the formatting started the PSP rebooted and now , i got a bricked psp.
I brought my psp over to a shop where they have this fat battery and memory stick. The pandora!! .. was quite relief for a moment.
that guy inserted the memory and the battery. then he hold the right trigger and turn the psp on. NOTHING appear on the screen. The guy then just mentioned that the screen is broken, which i think is bullshit.
i have been experimenting with making pandora and all . i successfully built my pandora memory stick with the help of a few forums. I did the easy zip file thing and got all the files on the memory card and i did format it using the mspformat thing.
Now , all i need is just a friends psp to run the battery to get the jigkick battery.
before doing that tonight . i hope some forummers can shed some light to what might have happened. Others brick their psp which upgrading firmware but mine is just a simple change of theme.
please advice.
