Can you help me reset the parental control settings..i have tried to do the following

Go to Settings and highlight the Parental Control option. Then, press X, Y, L, X at the Passcode screen to reset the parental control setting to the default value.

only thing is when i click settings...parental control tab is not there...please please help....rob
