After reading the tutorial for converting mkv files to Xbox360 compatible mp4 I found it to be a very drawn out process and in the end the file wouldn't open on the Xbox360. Luckily I found this one stop shop, anyone who needs to convert anything for use on the Xbox360 its all here:
