Format my Magic Memory Stick?

I've downgraded my slim to 3.71 m-33 4 a few weeks ago and I want to format my MS to make a bit more room for games. I know it's fine to do so as everything will function properly but I want to know what I would do with a normal card if I ever brick the PSP. Can I made a MS again using just a slot on a PC and then insert it into the PSP on the occasion of a brick? Is there a way to make one again on the PSP even if it is bricked or semi-bricked?

I would like to know the answer fairly soon, all help is appreciated.

you can recreate the memory stick with windows but if you use vista it might not work right butifyou have a friend with a hacked psp or with windows xp you can awalys recreate the magic memory card
