I believe its hold down L1 on controller 1 as the PS2 is booting.
You will see a message saying that the modchip has been disabled. Insert your game and reset the console - the modchip will be disabled and will stay disabled until the PS2 is placed in standby
no its not an iso a nero image file bdw i dont know iso really is but i know that iso is something to burn a project on cd or dvd ...please correct and tell me were i can find iso image files because utorrent doesnot have many of the image files
bdw i tried to copy an original game (testing) when it copied the game and i selected the image file i just copied when i scanned it it gave me an error .... can you suggest me some tips i can do to copy a copied game image and then patch it by windip to play online
Most PS2 backups, even downloads are ISO images.
If you download them they are first in .rar form with a bunch of .001, 002, etc files. You right click the first one and extract it to an ISO image.
You need to open Winrar and find file associations in preferences, then unclick the ISO tab.
How to read backups to ISO, or burn them with Imgburn.
Anyway the NRG image you have, you can either mount it with Nero as a virtual drive or use Daemon Tools to mount the image.
Then use Imgburn (its free to download) and read the virtual drive to an ISO image.
