Pandoras battery won't charge anymore.

Hi!I had a problem with my psp so i needed to create pandoras battery(hardmoded) i removed leg as shown in this pic

but i didn't touch other legs but after that i charged my battery with no prob (bye the way i didn't set the battery back to normal because the pandoras menu that i used didn't have that option) but in a while like 2 weeks my battery went to 0% and when i was trying to charge it the red light shown up on 3 min but the disappeared.Now my psp shows that iits 100% but when i took out the ac adapter it turns off.Can anyone help me with this prob?

I have heard of this problem before, the solution has been to short the to two outer terminals on the connector with a paperclip or something to resync the charge levels.

I have never done it so no idea if it actually works, i have heard it does but personally i think the battery is dead.

Educate me if i am wrong though, peeps.

no didn't work but now i know that it isnt the battery, its the psp couz my game freezed and when i took out ac adapter the psp didn't shot down.
