resident evil 2 black screen help

I got resident evil 2 from espalwii and burned iso to disc. In wii menu i get gamecube logo and start resident evil the screen goes black... I can here the game all is working just no video. I tried to run config disc 1.3 and turn on region overide but made no difference any suggestions or ideas?
