im planing to get the game but is wanting to know how good it is on multiplayer? and is it anything like logans shadow??? please answer.

I heard the multiplayer is amazing, though I never tried it myself.

Sorry to go off-topic, but how do you play online on games like Syphon filter? I don't have the red yourpsp.com paper that came with the box, because I lost it. Do I really need that paper?

well all you do is if the game is multiplayer you just got to multiplayer mode and you have to have internet connection and then you can play against all the other players on the spacific game.
